FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemical and structural-functional investigations. Method involves the development of tests system based on establishment of general regularities, different body responses on effect of harmful factors of environment in carrying out the evaluation of metabolic status of patients and taking into account the presence of non-specific complex systems as systemic membrane-impairing effect on the level of cell and different intracellular structures. Membrane-impairing effect is evaluated by criteria that combine systems with structural and biochemical similarity. Each criterion has four degree of expression of disturbances.
