摘要

FIELD: devices for monitoring sights of teleorientation systems in optical beam of machines, flying vehicles in particular using injection lasers as radiating sources.;SUBSTANCE: monitoring of slight parameters is performed with the aid of microscope, mirror collimator and additional aperture with recording unit. Sight with eyepiece is placed opposite to mirror collimator in axes conjugated with microscope. Then, aiming reticule of sight set on mirror collimator; reflected image of reticule is matched in heading and vertical at overlapping the additional aperture after which protective casing is placed from mirror collimator to sight, radiation of sight is switched on, radiation signal is picked off by recording unit of additional aperture and is converted into coordinates and parameters of sight are estimated. Device proposed for realization of this method includes the following components mounted on optical bench: sight with eyepiece, aperture, photodetector, light filter cassette and electronic and measuring units for separation of coordinates. Placed additionally on optical bench are microscope, mirror collimator mounted opposite to sight and aperture with orifice directed towards mirror collimator and screen. Microscope with sight are secured on platform which consists of upper and lower plates which are fastened together and table of optical bench through fasteners and swinging members. Upper plate is provided with drive made in form of worm gear train with handle ; this drive is secured on lower plate and axle of worm wheel is secured to upper plate for rotation of plate around vertical axis. Lower plate is provided with drive made in form of rack gear train secured on lower plate. Drive of lower plates sets in motion lower and upper plates with microscope and sight in heading relative to mirror collimator; optical bench is provided with casing with screen made in form of telescopic U-shaped sections. First section has handles on outer side surface and all sections are provided with swinging members and longitudinal guides. At the top, each section is provided with longitudinal motion limiter made in form of outer bead in horizontal shelf of section. Swinging members of extreme section are engageable with optical bench and swinging members of subsequent sections are engageable with guides of previous section.;EFFECT: enhanced efficiency at traceless measurements in laboratories; enhanced safety of attending personnel.;3 cl, 6 dwg
