FIELD: analytical methods in medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for quantitative determination of aminoglycoside antibiotics in test liquid media, for example for toxicological and technical analysis of drugs, for determining concentration of antibiotic in body fluids (blood serum etc.) in order to control administration of optimal antibiotic doses in treatment of various infection diseases, in pharmacokinetic measurements, and the like.
