METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATING LARYNGEAL STENOSIS CAUSED BY ANKYLOSIS OF CRICOARYTENOID ARTICULATIONS

FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.;SUBSTANCE: one should lance laryngeal mucosa, dissect scar adhesion in area of cricoarytenoid articulations, force apart arytenoids cartilages and introduce dilator into laryngeal lumen. Laryngeal mucosa should be lanced at the level and within the limits of articular fissure of cricoarytenoid articulations submucously. Scar tissues should be dissected at the border of articular surfaces of arytenoids and cricoid cartilages. Arytenoid cartilages should be maximum forced apart laterally. The method enables to decrease traumaticity of surgical therapy and relapses of the disease and shorten the duration of in-patient-type treatment.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 cl, 1 ex
