FIELD: medicine, ophthalmosurgery.;SUBSTANCE: due to ultrasound location of orbital artery and ICA siphon one should carry out dopplerography in 4 stages: intraoperationally - 1 - initially, 2 - after premedication, 3 - during anesthesia and postoperationally - 4 - after anesthesia. Initially one should register average linear rate of circulation (Vo), circulation during hypercapnia, that is respiration in closed contour (V+), in case of hypocapnia, that is oxygen insufflation (V-). One should calculate reactivity coefficients: for hypercapnic loading RC+ = V+/Vo, for hypocapnic loading RC- = 1- V-/Vo and index of vasomotor reactivity (IVMR) b the following formula: IVMR = (V+ - V-)X 100%/Vo.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of trials conducted.;2 ex
