FIELD: medical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: device has plate having narrow diaphyseal part and broad bent humeral head part. Threaded holes and screws are available. Holes axes are arranged at an angle to plate surface. Cylindrical holes have metric thread in plate that is identical to that of screws. Narrow plate part holes are zigzag arranged relative to central axis of the plate. Their central axes are inclined on the side adjacent to the bone in opposite direction away from the adjacent narrow facet. Broad plate part holes are inclined on the side adjacent to the bone in opposite direction away from the adjacent narrow part. Two holes have additional tilt in the broad part towards the adjacent narrow facet.;EFFECT: reduced plate fracture probability; high screw resistance to pulling-out forces.;3 dwg
