METHOD FOR EVALUATING ALTERED STATE OF ERYTHROCYTIC MEMBRANES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: erythrocytes should be isolated out of patient's blood, placed into aggregometer's cuvette; as an aggregation inductor one should apply picric acid which should be added up to final concentration being 3-5 mM. One should state upon altered state of erythrocytic membranes according to the degree of their aggregation against the control. The method enables to shorten the time for trials and register altered state of erythrocytic membranes in case they are affected by both external and internal factors.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.;1 dwg, 3 ex
