METHOD FOR SUPRAVAGINAL UTERINE AMPUTATION AT PROLAPSE OF INTERNAL REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS

FIELD: medicine, operative gynecology.;SUBSTANCE: laparoscopically one should perform supravaginal uterine amputation. Two loop-shaped ligatures out of nonabsorbable suturing material should be applied onto uterine cervix' stump to be in turns directed retroperitoneally under round uterine ligaments. Free ends of ligatures should be withdrawn out of abdominal cavity through iliac-inguinal areas to be placed above aponeurosis of external oblique muscles of stomach. One end of ligature should be applied towards another one above aponeurosis, uterine cervix' stump should be sutured up by aponeurosis due to stretching and tightening the ends of ligatures between each other.
