FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with operative treatment of talocrural intraarticular fracture luxations at sub-, per- and suprasyndesmodial fibular fractures. One should at first mobilize osseous and ligamentous structures in the department where ankle bone is shifted to. Subluxation of ankle bone should be removed.
