The proposal relates to the technical equipment of municipal services and services intended to be environmentally efficient process for treatment of municipal areas of snow in the winter season. Snow complex comprises snegopodborschik 1 with snegopogruzchiki 2 as a conveyor or auger snegopererabatyvayuschy unit 3 with a neck 4 for receiving the snow mass in the perforated bottoms 5 and 6, located above the main bottom 7, wherein the formed spout 8 with a mesh opening 9, plums fed a receiving hatch conventional stormwater or wastewater or sewage ponds cavity unit 10 is equipped with electric spark nozzles connected to sources of fuel 11 and oxidant 12, at a flow rate of fuel components produ coming from the melting of snow and firn ice inclusions; additional heat is supplied through the pipes, heat exchangers 13 and 14 arranged between the bottoms 5 and 6, and emit exhaust gases through the pipe 15, as usual when using any engine; provoking dekristadlizatsii firn and ice masses in a cavity assembly is carried out using the appropriate reagent from the container 16, e.g., via flyuroglyutsina or other available reagent, wherein the melt water is also used for thawing snow mass due to system warm-water exchange 17 supplying melted water to sprinkling snow mass from the bottom upwards of the cavity unit on a snowy mass.
