The proposal relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology and can be used in the treatment of degenerative hip disease. The catheter is a coaxial tube (see. The scheme) with the spray from the outer tube, which is at a distance from the inner end of the guide tube. The inner tube has an exit at the front end into the lumen of an arterial bed, and its rear end is connected to a system for intra-arterial administration of drugs. The outer tube ends with a front blind bulb and the rear end has a separate output for filling the balloon with saline. The catheter consists of an elastic material, such as polypropylene with the introduction into its structure during polymerization of fullerene C 70 molecules. Molecules C 70 saturated antibiotics and anticoagulants and therefore acquire appropriate properties that are gradually consumed during contact with the wall of the artery and arterial blood. Fullerene molecules exhibit strong double cross-linked, through which virtually eliminated the risk of balloon rupture, the existing foreign analogues. The use of intra-arterial catheter for the treatment of diseases of the hip joint will eliminate pain and restore motor activity of the patient.
