Plastic tools for modeling models for dental cast prostheses and methods for producing a dental cast model

Plastics compsn. in the form of templates, plates, brackets, etc., for fabricating lost wax type models for cast dental protheses, comprising a light-hardening plastic which combusts without residue, is non-expandable, exhibits minimal polymerisation shrinkage and which hardens to give a hardened plastic having sufficient elasticity to allow the casting model to be removed from the master model without destroying the master. Also claimed are similar plastics modelling elements based on aerobically hardening plastics.
