Self-leveling screed mixture and process for the production of self-leveling screed

Cement mix with aggregate (e.g. ash or sand), additives and water, comprises a mixture of Portland cement CEM I 32.5 R (RTM), mineral coal fly ash from firing a smelter and water in approximately equal proportions and small amounts of melamine, nonionic surfactant as flow aid, Vt (RTM) concrete hardening retarder, amorphous silicate and antifoam. An Independent claim is also included for a process for producing and processing the mix by mixing the components at a concrete and mortar works, bringing to a fluid consistency here and/or in a mobile mixer, pumping and casting on the ground and leveling and deaerating, e.g. with a tamping bar, in which approximately equal proportions of cement, fly ash and water are mixed with melamine (0.4-1 wt.%), nonionic surfactant (0.03-0.08 wt.%), retarder (0.05-0.125 wt.%), amorphous silicate (0.3-0.5 wt.%) and antifoam (0-0.03 wt.%).
