The prefabricated construction component is a concrete plate (1) with an embedded reinforcement grid (2) of intersecting strands (5-7). The reinforcement grid is positioned by an offset in relation to neutral bending surfaces in the center of the concrete body. The reinforcement is a single grid, at a gap from one side of 30-40% of the plate thickness. The reinforcement structure has projecting carriers (3) within the concrete body, with ends in free combs (10) within the concrete.
