Content-related encoding device e.g. for business correspondence, requires use of data base to ensure relation between function identification and receiver key

A device for encoding a message to be sent by means of a receiver key, and in which, in the message, a position is determined for a coded content-related function/event identification, and by means of a data base a relation between the function/event identification and the receiver key is assured. The message is encoded and sent with the aid of the receiver key. An Independent claim is given for a method of carrying out message encoding and despatch.
