Weight load arm (22) is directly or indirectly supported in horizontal position or inclined at angle of 20 degrees by stop (28) gripping into bore (26) in frame section (11) while weight (24) is moved along load arm by electromotor or hand drive located in arm, operated by user. In use, weight is pivoted up and down relative to horizontal. In lock position, stop is locked in place until user applies sufficient pull or pressure to grip (18) to swing load arm (22) upwards.
