The procedure and device for the producing of directed force components in open and closed systems, has a directed force accelerating one or more masses (3), and this mass through impulse splitting or conversion imparts a part of its kinetic energy to other devices so that the a force component is ensues which acts against the acceleration force. At least one linearly accelerated mass may transmit at least a part of its kinetic energy to at least one linearly and/or rotationally movable mass or spring (1). At least one rotating mass transmits a part of its kinetic energy to at least one generator (5).
