Liquid valve (1) comprises a valve chamber (3) in a valve housing (2), a membrane (4) dividing the valve chamber into at least two partial chambers (3', 3'') having outlets (6, 8), valve seats (7, 9) assigned to the outlets and interacting with the membrane to close the outlets, at least one inlet (5) into one of the chambers, and at least one flow medium connection (10, 11) connecting the partial chambers. The membrane in a first (resting) state lies against the valve seat (7) to close the first outlet (6) and is moved by increased liquid pressure on the inlet or in the partial chamber connected to the inlet into a second state in which the membrane lies against the valve seat (9) to close the second outlet (8). An independent claim is also included for a cleaning system for vehicle windscreens comprising the above liquid valve.
