The element has a central distribution box with removable cover (21), which is aligned with the outer panel and has an aperture (22,23) for a plug. The box is contained within the chamber and is connected to at least one input cable and several take-off cables via side apertures containing plastic sleeves. All cables and the outer sides of the box are enclosed in synthetic foam.
