The web (4) supporting the barrier has apertures in it and slopes at a slight angle to the vertical. The end of the central web (1) is fastened to the midline of the support web. There is a flattened oval hollow flange (2) at the top of the central web and a pair of small diameter tubes (3) at the bottom. A square cutout (9) at the end away from the barrier has flanges (8) fastened to a support post which stands on a foundation in the ground. A horizontal plate (11) at the top of the cutout forms a cover for the top of the post and reinforces the central web.
