Device for pneumatic geometry measurement of a workpiece (5) has a measurement jet (4) and at least a reference jet (3), both of which are connected to a pressure source (2). A pressure measurement arrangement is used to measure a pressure difference between the two jets, which is dependent on the distance (x) between the measurement jet and the workpiece. Temperature sensors (9, 10, 11) are connected to the evaluation unit (8) in order to measure the temperature around the reference jet or jets. An Independent claim is made for a method for pneumatic geometry measurement of a workpiece.
