New cyclopenta(b)naphthalene derivatives (I), including 5,6-, 5,8- and 7,8-dihydro and 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro derivatives, are optionally substituted compounds with a cyclopentane, cyclopent-1-ene, cyclopent-2-ene, 3-oxo-cyclopent-1-ene or 3-oxo-cyclopentane ring. New cyclopenta(b)naphthalene derivatives are of formula (I): C = a condensed benzene, cyclohexene or cyclohexane ring substituted by L1-4; B = a condensed cyclopentane, cyclopentene, 3-oxo-cyclopentane or 3-oxo-cyclopentene ring substituted by L7, L8; n = 0, 1, 2 or 3; R, L1-8 = H or a substituent.
