The container comprises two parts (1, 2) connected by a closure mechanism (8) and with an insert (4) stamped out so that it can be moved against the relevant insides of the container part so as to make the volume of the container accessible one time from one part and one time from the other part. The function of the insert can be achieved if it is fixed by a flexible material (5) to a part which is located between the two parts of the container. At least one part of the container preferably has a drainage opening. The contact faces between the parts can have a seal.
