NMR spectroscopic imaging method using an SSFP-HF excitation pulse sequence, especially for material characterization, wherein phase coding magnetic gradient windows are switched prior to pulse excitation windows
Spectroscopic imaging method using an SSFP-HF excitation pulse sequence whereby: HF excitation pulses are projected at an object at regular intervals (TR) with a defined flip angle (alpha); FID- and echo-type signals (S1, S2) are obtained in first and second read windows without an applied magnetic field; phase coding gradient are switched in prior to each window for phase coding in at least a spatial direction and then for canceling out the phase coding.
