The air-conditioning device has a fan (11) with an air outlet (111) coupled to an air feed housing (12), containing a heat exchanger (13), supplied with a cooling medium, preceded by an air filter (14), with a controlled bypass (17) across the air filter. The bypass is defined between the air exit surface (142) of the air filter and the air entry surface (131) of the heat exchanger, its cross-section tapering across the air entry surface, a pivoted control flap (18) rotated through 90 degrees between a fully closed position and a fully open position.
