The calibration device has a hollow body (2) provided with a supply space (4) containing a medium which is separated from an opening (8) connected to a connection channel (14), via a membrane (6). The headpiece (10) of the hollow body incorporating the opening is formed integral with the sidewalls (12) of the supply space from a cylindrical blank, a reception space (16) for the membrane provided adjacent the opening, the membrane having an elongate shape with its free ends depending into the supply space.
