The floor construction system has support elements laid on the foundation (U) to serve for alignment of the tile-form elements (1). Webs orientated towards the foundation are provided on the tile-form elements on at least two opposite edges. The support elements are constructed as guide rails (2) with top open, relatively parallel double flanks. The guide rails are parallel to one another and spaced apart by an amount to correspond to the width of the tile-form element, and the two adjacent webs of the two adjacent tile-form elements are inserted between the flanks of the guide rail.
