The block-off fitting (1) has a rotary valve (3) in a housing (2) rotating round a rotation axis (D). The first eccentricity is formed by a spacing between the valve in blocking position from the common central axis (M) and the valve. The second eccentricity is formed by a transverse spacing of the rotation axis from the common central axis and the rotary valve. There is also a third eccentricity formed by the spacing between the rotation axis, the common central axis of the housing and the rotary valve.
