Electrolyte comprises a high boiling solvent selected from glycol, gamma-butyrolactone and N-methylpyrrolidone, a conducting salt, and a 4-6 C alkylphosphoric acid ester. An Independent claim is also included for an aluminum electrolyte capacitor comprising a capacitor coil made from at least two layers of electrodes electrically insulating from each other by a spacer.
