To laser group (2) of pulsed high energy laser and low energy laser (7), as directional laser, is series-connected transmission optic (3) for irradiation of target (5), and signal evaluator (19). Directional laser scans target in first cycle and signal evaluator determines target glint direction. In following time interval high energy laser is activated, transmitting laser pulses to target in glint direction. Laser group is oscillator-amplifier system (6), in which directional laser is directionally stabilized optical oscillator (7), and high energy laser is optical oscillator and following optical power amplifier (14).
