The coolant circuit of the refrigerator/heat pump unit (1) is thermally-coupled with the ventilation unit (3) through an internal heat exchanger system, which comprises two functional units A, B (41, 42). During heating, these function as the heat pump condenser/gas cooler. When cooling, they are connected as the evaporator of the refrigeration unit. In combined de-humidification-reheat operation one functional unit is connected as the evaporator and the other as the condenser/gas cooler. An Independent claim is included
