The water-jet candle is a device for creating at least one hydrostatic potential (h1 + hD) in a raised position, using two different hydrostatic potentials (h0/h1) and two different pneumatic potentials (LD/UD) The hydrostatic potential in the raised position is at higher level than the higher of the two different hydrostatic potentials and may be at least partly convertible into kinetic energy (h1 + hD + hFmax).
