The medical inhaler for a horse has a mask with blinkers and an inhaler (4) which allows the horse to inhale the medicament while on the move, and on demand. When the horse is till only part of the lungs are supplied and the whole lungs are supplied during movement. The inhaler has a belly strap with two batteries (2) connected by a cable (3) with the inhaler which has a miniature ultrasound atomizer.
