Mobile energy store and energy supply device which converts energy from natural sources, e.g. solar energy or the movement energy of the human body, into stored energy in order to supply an energy sink or load. The energy sources, energy store and mechanical energy storing arrangement are controlled by a control unit (4). Typically the mechanical energy storing arrangement comprises coiled spring
