The static sub-structure is assembled from profile carriers, intermediate struts and coupling elements, the profile carriers having an outer contour forming half of an ellipse and provided with internal reinforcing struts, forming at least 3 successive internal chambers (4,5,6,8). The planar end face of each profile carrier has a longitudinal slot (2) with a lesser width than the internal chamber positioned behind the slot, a second elongate slot (3) at the opposite end of the profile carrier forming one open end of a second internal chamber which is also open on the opposite side for communicating with a central internal chamber.
