The unit has a casing (1) having an interior space partially filled with high pressure lubricant, and a shaft (2) arranged in the casing. A gap part (4) is formed between the casing and shaft. A flow-path (5) is connected between the gap part and a low pressure area in casing. The shaft passes through the termination part of flow-path. The flow path is guided through a shaft flange (2.3) to rotate with the shaft.
