The invention relates to a method for sequence control of sequential object-oriented system simulations of communication in mobile radio networks, wherein the mapping of an object of an object group in an instance of the class takes place in that the instance is realized by setting at least one parameter in the simulation program part in which the instances for simulating the communication between objects generate and process events, which is realized by a sequence of the parameterized simulation program parts, the simulation sequence being controlled by activating instances, the task is to specify a method which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art described avoids and better use of the resources of a computer when performing a system simulation. According to the invention, the object is essentially achieved in that the simulation process is controlled by a cycle consisting of determined cycle steps and events are stored in an event memory area assigned to a target instance.
