The threaded rolling head has a front plate (16) and a rear plate (18). The front plate has a breakthrough on the radially outer side of each bearing boring, an insert, which is a pass fit, is fitted in this breakthrough and fixed in position. A circumferential sector of the insert forms part of the wall of the bearing boring.
