A shifting disk consists of base plates (1), with a head area (1.1) in which longitudinal and transverse ducts (1.1.1,1.1.2) arranged in a raster-like manner, and a wide area (1.2) having parallel-running longitudinal channels (1.2.1) and arc-like reversals (1.2.2) that border the head area. The distance separating the transverse channels is smaller compared to that of the longitudinal channels. The base plates are linked together by placing the channeled portion of a sheet metal strand into any longitudinal duct of one of the plates. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a shifting disk; and (b) a heat guide plate.
