The arrangement has a flexurally stiff plate (16) movable relative to a flexurally stiff frame (18) and at least three sensor units between the frame and plate. The plate is joined to the frame by a defined, elastically deformable flexurally weak transition region/flexing zone (20) and the force action point is derived from the sensor unit signals resulting from the relative movement of the frame and plate.
