Mass flow, especially air mass flow, measurement device for a combustion engine has a measurement channel (13) that is arranged separately from a main channel (10). The measurement channel deflects a part of the main flow towards a sensor unit (16). The inlet (17) to the measurement channel is angled relative to the direction of the main flow (12) so that the direction of the measurement flow (15) at the inlet forms an angle (18) with the main flow direction.
