The low pressure spray module for spray cleaning of component parts has a receiving tank (B1) for flushing medium charged with compressed air on the inlet side and on the outlet side connected to a spray lance (S1). A collecting tank (B2) is provided for the collecting of particle loaded flushing medium after the spray cleaning, and in its outlet side is built in a analysis filter (F2) so that it filters out the particles from the flushing medium drawn by a vacuum pump. The medium is then stored for subsequent analysis. An independent claim is included for a method for the LP spray cleaning and residual contaminant analysis of component parts.
