Hard-rolling roller head (1) comprises a housing (2) in which one or two hard-rolling rollers (4) are rotatably guided in a removable manner in two roller cages (5, 6) a lateral distance apart with little play. The roller cages are fixed on the front side (3) of the housing facing a crankshaft (21) using holders which support the roller cages on their front sides facing away from the hard-rolling rollers and simultaneously laterally guide the roller cages. The housing is provided with a projection (11, 12) on both ends of its front side facing the crankshaft for supporting each roller cage. A fixing and guiding element engages in each roller cage and is fixed on one of the projections of the housing. Preferred Features: The fixing element is a plate (15) engaging in a longitudinal groove of each roller cage.
