At its injection hole end the hollow needle (4) has a continuous base (5) adapted to the hollow needle base (2) and controlling all injection ports (3). The inside face of this base (5) has a seat (9) for the inner needle (8) and a connection (6) to the associated injection port (3). The hollow needle should lift off the inner needle after each pre-injection and both needles (4,8) are closed by springs. The connection holes (6) issue into a ring groove (7) on the outside of the hollow needle base (5) and in this way links connections and injection ports. One injection port confronts a base (4) devoid of connection holes.
