Zener/highly inhibitive diodes act as phase diodes (D1-D6) that include plus diodes (D1-D3) as Zener diodes and minus diodes (D4-D6) as highly inhibitive diodes. Rectifier elements set in advance have an electric property that differs from a corresponding property in remaining rectifier elements. This electric property means that REs set in advance are a very inhibitive electrically. An Independent claim is also included for a method for producing a rectifier structure with rectifier elements.
