Current supply plate (1) for fuel cells comprises a first plate layer (2) made of an electrically conducting polymer or polymer composite for connecting to a fuel cell, adjacent to the first plate layer a second plate layer (3) made of a metallic structure, and a third plate layer (4) adjacent to the second plate layer. Preferred Features: The first plate layer has a base material of duroplastic or thermoplastic material. The first plate layer consists of an electrically conducting polymer and has a conducting mixture (5) of graphite and/or a metal. The second plate layer has a metal structure made at least partly from at least copper, silver, aluminum, nickel-silver or iron. The third plate layer consists of a thermoplastic or duroplastic polymer.
