The transfer device (1) for objects (2a,2b) has a rotor (3) which in the transfer region revolves in the same direction as a revolving conveyor (7). Two groups of relatively movable grippers are installed on the rotor, with the first group (4a) transporting the objects from the feed station (5) to the revolving receiving points (6), and the second group (4b) transporting the objects from the receiving points to the delivery station (8). The grippers of the two groups are arranged alternately on the circumference of the rotor.
