Temperature control method for buildings uses a pipework system under a building for circulating a liquid and a heat exchanger linked to a ventilation system

Under a building there is a pipework system (8) for circulating a liquid. In connection with a ventilation system there is a heat exchanger (10), through which energy is transmitted to the ground, in order to heat and/or cool a building. The liquid in the pipework system is circulated according to need. Incoming air for the building is either heated or cooled in advance. An independent claim is also included for a system for controlling a building's temperature.
