A laminated windscreen for a vehicle, consists of two outer sheets of glass (13,14) and an intermediate laminar layer (11,11') and a intermediate sun screen (10) over the rear view mirror region. The sun screen consists of a coloured and transparent screening layer (12,12a). The laminar layer consists of two coloured PVB films, with the coloured sunscreen located between them. The sun screen is surrounded by a transition region (5,6).
