The portable writing pad has a hook and eye fastening strap (1a) and writing pens (1) which are attached to the hook and eye band (1b). The pad has a barrier (1c) on the rear side which prevents objects from falling out. writing leaves (3a) are protected by a covering flap (3) and the unit has a carrying strap (6) for allowing carrying by a person. An elastic rubber strap (9) secures the writing pad from opening unintentionally.
